Fixed monthly retainers

If you are looking for consistent, regular and reliable support, giving you peace of mind and freeing up your time to focus on your business, we have a retainer model that gives you access to expert HR support whenever you need it.

We work with you to create a cost-effective package that suits the needs of your business with one predictable monthly fee.

 This partnership ensures your business always has the expertise it needs to navigate challenges and stay ahead in today’s dynamic workplace while ensuring ongoing compliance, tackling employee issues as they arise, and proactively managing HR projects like policy updates, training, or recruitment. 

What does a retain package include?

Packages start at £350 a month and include;

  • Fixed consulting hours per month

  • Comprehensive HR handbook maintenance and updates

  • Priority response for urgent matters

  • Quarterly business reviews

  • Annual policy audit

  • Dedicated HR consultant

  • Preferential rates on additional solutions (training, recruitment, etc.) 

Any hours completed over and above the hours quoted will be charged our standard rate. 

Pay as you go support

If you prefer a flexible approach without committing to a monthly fee, you can work with us on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Whether you require assistance with employee relations, compliance, policy development, or strategic HR projects, you can simply reach out as and when it is needed and pay on a hourly basis at our standard rate.
