    CEO

    With over 20 years’ international experience in HR and recruitment and a passion for investing in people, Laura founded Willow HR to make HR support flexible and accessible for all businesses, large and small. A strategic and rebellious thinker (and once a keen amateur kickboxer), Laura is not afraid to challenge tradition and take a different approach. Her only weakness is a tendency to drop the occasional F-bomb.

  • Suzie Mendes

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Suzie has more years of experience in HR and recruitment than she’d care to admit, but we will say that the 2012 Olympics features on her CV. Suzie now brings unwavering know-how, oodles of value and absolute calm to our most challenging projects at Willow HR. Suzie loves gardening, although she says she’s rubbish at it. We can’t imagine Suzie is rubbish at anything.

    Caroline has years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist and Consultant working in sectors from SAAS start-ups, to consulting and agency, and non-profit social services—Caroline has seen it all. At Willow, she’s doing what Willow does best—helping organisations find win-win outcomes that support business and personal growth. Caroline is a former competitive ultimate frisbee player but has now settled for social netball powered by posh coffee!

Kate says she finds joy in building flat-pack furniture (perhaps that’s where her skill for creative problem-solving comes from) but we suspect she’s actually happiest at a party.
