All recruitment support is charged at our normal hourly rates and usually covers:

Taking the brief from the hiring manager, creating an eye-catching job advert and placing the advert across appropriate job boards.
2.
Screening candidates’ CVs against the hiring manager’s sifting criteria.
3.
Video/telephone screening candidates and creating candidate summaries for the hiring manager.
4.
We can also interview candidates with hiring managers and create interview structures where they don’t exist.
We review all vacancies weekly, with the hiring manager, and use creative methods to invigorate the market and generate different candidate profiles, where needed.
We will ask questions and advise to ensure diversity and inclusion considerations are incorporated throughout the recruitment process.
